Monthly care works best when the site is healthy, the stack is understood and the work is predictable. New sites and existing sites go through a health check before joining, so old problems are not quietly folded into a maintenance retainer.

For a standard, non-membership business WordPress site. WooCommerce, membership and high-risk plugin stacks need a separate review.

Updates with a recovery plan

Core, theme and plugin updates are approached with a current backup and a check of the key pages and forms.

Small monthly support

The standard plan includes up to 30 minutes of small content changes each month; unused time does not roll over.

Existing sites are assessed first

A pre-handover health check is RM300. It can identify outdated software, backup gaps, access issues and risks before maintenance begins.

FAQ

What is included in RM300/month?

The standard plan covers agreed WordPress, theme and plugin updates, current backups, basic uptime and form checks, and up to 30 minutes of small content changes per month. Hosting, premium plugins, new features and complex fixes are separate.

Why do I need a health check before joining?

Existing sites may already have outdated plugins, broken backups, access problems or unresolved errors. The RM300 health check lets us identify those issues before they become part of a monthly maintenance relationship.

Does this include malware or hacked-site cleanup?

No. Malware removal, hacked-site response, data-breach investigation and host-level security incidents are excluded. If a security incident is found, I will pause routine work and recommend a specialist or host provider.

Can you maintain WooCommerce or membership sites?

They need a separate assessment because updates can affect orders, payments, accounts and sensitive workflows. They are not included in the standard RM300 plan.

What does speed optimisation include?

The separate speed service starts from RM500 and covers image, caching and basic configuration improvements. If the main cause is the host, theme, page builder or WooCommerce, I will explain the finding and recommend a migration, focused fix or rebuild separately.
