If you do not provide the fields marked as required, we cannot process your enquiry.

Submitted enquiries are stored in Cloudflare KV, which provides the website's form-storage infrastructure. A notification containing the enquiry may also be sent through Telegram so Milaos can respond promptly. These providers may process information as needed to provide their services.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect enquiry information. No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

To prevent abuse, we briefly process your IP address and necessary technical information for rate limiting. A temporary rate:<IP> record is retained for about 10 minutes.

We keep enquiry records only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential business relationship, meet operational or legal obligations, or resolve a query. We may securely delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.
